Bhupinder Nagra practices in the area of civil and corporate/commercial litigation including matters of breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes and oppression matters, defamation, negligence, professional negligence, real estate litigation, small claims, landlord and tenant, and not for profit organization disputes. Bhupinder also practices in family law and deals with matters such as separation agreements, divorce, and custody and access.
Bhupinder graduated from York University with her Bachelor’s degree and then graduated from Windsor Law in 2001. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002 at which time she commenced her practice leading her to appear before all levels of Court including Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, and various other administrative boards and tribunals. Bhupinder has established herself a strong litigator and is known for a being a thorough and aggressive litigator.
Bhupinder has also had the opportunity to be a Minister’s appointee on the Tarion Nominations Committee for a number of years.
